I’ve always loved a new challenge, and Prancing with the Stars felt like the perfect opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, have fun, and support an organization that does such vital work in our community. Dancing for a great cause is hard to resist!
I admire the Oakville & Milton Humane Society’s commitment to protecting and caring for animals who have no voice of their own. Their dedication to rescue, shelter, and advocacy touches my heart — every animal deserves safety, love, and a second chance.
The Oakville Humane Society’s mission to protect and care for vulnerable animals really resonates with me. I know firsthand the difference a loving animal can make during life’s challenging times. Every pet deserves a safe home and a chance to bring that kind of comfort to a family.
My friends and family are excited and maybe a little amused! They know this is way outside my comfort zone, but they’re cheering me on and encouraging me every step of the way. I’m so grateful to have an amazing community of friends and family cheering me on!
I’m passionate about community and connection — whether it’s helping people or animals, I believe in showing up, giving back, and making a positive impact where I can. Supporting causes like OMHS aligns with my values and brings me joy.
I’m dancing for Finley, our beloved mini Goldendoodle. We brought Finley into our family 13 years ago when my children were 6 and 8, just a year before I went through a divorce. Finley provided incredible comfort, love, and support to both my children and me during that time — and continues to bring us joy every day.
I believe in continuing to grow, stretch, and embrace new experiences. Prancing with the Stars is the perfect opportunity to do that while supporting a cause I care deeply about and thank Finley for all of the love and joy he has brought to our family.
