My love for animals began in childhood, growing up with dogs in my family. Today, I care for nine of my own ranging in age from sprightly puppies to mature seniors. 

Driven by my passion for animal welfare, I began a career in the field. I joined Royal Canin in 2019 as a digital sales specialist. In 2023, I became a professional sales representative where I work closely with shelters, rescues, and breeders. 

With a history in competitive figure skating, I trained for up to five hours daily throughout high school before competing at the 2001 Canadian National Figure Skating Championships. But my commitment to competing went beyond the rink. As part of my training, I took my figure skating routines to the ballroom dance floor to improve expression, highlighting my dedication to performing. 

I am looking forward to returning to the dance floor and taking on a new challenge - competing on Prancing with the Stars to support Oakville & Milton Humane Society. I was inspired to participate after attending the inaugural event in 2019. 

I view this competition as an opportunity not only to help support a shelter partner but also to improve my fitness while having fun. 

Over the next few months, I will focus on improving my health, fitness and dance skills by going to the gym and taking dance lessons with my PWTS professional dance partner, Milena Kolarova. I've also committed to raising $7,000 for the animals, please consider making a donation to this important cause.
